Admission Procedures in the Center

All admission procedures in Sepid Surgery Center are as follows:

The patient is examined by referring to the physician in the office. If the surgery is needed, he is referred to the reception department and according to the order of hospitalization and based on the type of surgery required for the patient, he will be filed and admitted to the surgical ward.

After referring the patient to the relevant department, the patient will be transferred to the shift, the patient and the file and after performing the necessary controls and preparing the patient for the operation, the list of the operation and after the request of the operating room, the patient will be delivered to the operating room. After surgery and delivery of the patient to the recovery department and after stabilization the patient is coordinated with the relevant department and the patient is delivered to the department and is monitored. In case of partial recovery and the order of discharge by the physician, the patient's file is collected and delivered to the discharge ward. Then the patient is guided to the discharge department for the discharge process and accompanied by the patient after the discharge From the discharge and the related procedures, by obtaining a summary of the case and postoperative training, he receives the sheet and leaves the surgical center.
